Volunteers make this event possible. From the first check-in at 7:00 AM to the last tent folded in the afternoon, volunteers welcome participants, guide the course, pour the water, celebrate survivors, and send every finisher home feeling seen. No experience is required — only the willingness to spend a Saturday morning at Sutcliffe Park standing with your community.
Every volunteer receives a full volunteer package, a shift assignment matched to their interests and availability, and support from the Volunteer Coordinator from sign-up through race day. Community service hours verification is available on request for students and professionals.
